Bay Area residents Ritch Viola and Liza Rachetto put together a pair of very impressive performances at the Ironman World Championships held on October 14th in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. Bay Area’s Thomas Emerick Earns Bronze at ITU World Championships

September 21, 2017 The ITU Age-Group World Triathlon Championships were held in Rotterdam, Netherlands this year and triathlete from around the world competed for world titles in both standard and sprint distance triathlons. Thomas Emerick of San Francisco was one of 33 athletes to earn a medal for the United States over the weekend of racing. September 14, 2017 Santa Cruz, CA – Professional triathlete Kelsey Withrow of Pleasant Hill raced her way to a third place finish in this year’s Ironman Santa Cruz 70.3.
